Little by little we'll come to learn why Mrs. Appletart is so hostile towards Drifter, and we might even learn a little bit about Drifter's mom too. Maybe.

Attentive readers will notice a slight change in the comic's appearance. After getting a couple of tips from my friend Bren Collins, I experimented with how I did the retouching in this comic. Not only does it look better as a result, but I was able to finish it much, much faster. I've decided I will do future installments this way. Time saved is time earned!
